We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request an exchange.

✅ Exchange Conditions:

• Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original packaging must be included

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Used or worn items
• Items damaged after delivery
• Change of mind (size/color preference)

• Our team will guide you through the exchange process

💸 Refunds:

• We do not offer cash refunds
• Only exchange is available (unless product is unavailable)
